The customer problem

Epoxy and poured coatings mean grinding, priming, days of cure time and a permanent result. Water, salt and oil sit on the surface, and a chipped or stained area cannot be repaired without redoing the whole floor.

The ABC approach

ABC uses a vented 18 mm polypropylene tile that snaps together dry. Liquids drain through the grid, the floor is walkable immediately, and any damaged tile pops out and is replaced individually.

Each tile is moulded in one piece of polypropylene with an open grid surface that lets water, dust and debris drain through instead of pooling under a vehicle. Tiles snap together edge to edge at 6.25 tiles per square metre, so a floor is laid out row by row and can be extended, lifted for cleaning or repaired one tile at a time. The anti-slip diamond texture, waterproof body and colour range (white, black, red, blue, green) let you lay borders, parking pads and two-tone patterns without any cutting on a standard layout. Sold as is, in the colours and format shown.

Installation overview

Dry-lay over a clean, dry and reasonably flat interior slab. Start in a corner, snap each tile into the previous one by hand or with light foot pressure, and work row by row. No adhesive, underlay or cure time is required, and the floor is walkable as soon as it is laid. Tiles lift out for cleaning underneath or for replacement.

Packaging and retail overview

Supplied in standard cartons of approximately 44 × 42.5 × 68 cm. Sold by the tile so a room can be measured at 6.25 tiles per square metre and topped up later in the same colour.
