The customer problem

Natural stone slabs weigh 70+ kg/m², need dry-hanging systems or thick-bed mortar, crack easily and cost a fortune to ship and install — so a real stone feature wall is rarely realistic in an occupied home.

The ABC approach

ABC supplies the MCM soft-stone format as offered by the manufacturer: 600 x 1200 mm panels, 3D-printed stone textures, wet-adhesive installation and documented waterproof, Class A fire and anti-bacterial surface properties.

Flexible stone panels reproduce the look and texture of travertine and natural stone in a thin, bendable sheet made from natural mineral powders. Because a panel weighs 3–6 kg/m² instead of 70+ kg/m², it can be carried by one person, cut with a utility knife and pressed into place with adhesive — including over columns and curved surfaces. Panels are supplied as sold, without custom sizing or bespoke texture development.

Installation overview

Four steps: measure, cut with a utility knife, apply adhesive to the back of the panel, then align and press onto the wall. The substrate must be sound, clean and dry; panels follow flat and curved interior surfaces.
